Join us for the Mental Health Walk 2024 on Saturday, 12th October, in celebration of World Mental Health Day. This walk is a call to action, inviting everyone to take steps—literally and figuratively—toward improving mental health awareness and fostering a supportive community. Under the theme “Stronger Minds, Stronger Lives”, we aim to highlight the significance of mental wellness as a cornerstone of a healthier society.

This event will be held at Uhuru Park, a central location that offers a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages to come together and walk in solidarity for mental health. The walk seeks to bring attention to the importance of mental health care, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations about mental wellness.
